Project Overview
IRN have conducted ongoing research on behalf of the European Library, which is trying to assess the likely impact on the use of its services from the digitizing of its collections of books, reports, manuscripts, artefacts, photos, images etc. The research assessed likely user responses to the process and sought to ascertain if there was potential for exploitation of new markets. The research involved both qualitative in-depth face-to-face interviews and telephone interviewing.
